Howard University or San Diego State University ?
Hi !
I’m french and I would like to have some opinions about these universities. In fall 2010, I’m going to Concordia University in Montreal to study finance and business and then in fall 2011, I need to do a full semester in one of these two universities. I would like to know which is the best in terms of security on the campus, of student life, weather. But also about courses, and residences on campus.
Moreover, I plan to learn how to play ice hockey and I would like to know if I could keep practising in S.D or in Howard ?

Howard is traditionally a black school, so it would definitely be a fun to venture out if you were white and go to a black school, i have never been to Washington so I know nothing about it really.
San Diego State University is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world in my opinion and the people are very nice in San Diego. (i live in a desert in Texas so anything with palm trees and beaches is awesome)
